CWC - Wakeboarding Mecca

Last year around November, together with some of my office mates, we heeded to Camarines Sur to try their world renowned beaches of Caramoan and of course, the CWC
(CamSur Watersports Complex).

Here, we tried wakeboarding, and i had a blast. Here are some of my tricks if you call it.

Looking like a PRO

The area for beginners in wakeboarding

These are just some of the pictures that i had while trying the Wakeboarding. It was a whole lot of fun, but it is not the only thing that can be done in CWC. I tell you, the place is a haven for sports enthusiasts and thrill seekers. There is also the water obstacles that was totally exhilarating and fun. I'll post some of the pics sometime. For now, i share to you these pictures.

RUN LIKE A PRO

For the past few months, i started joining running events in the metro. This after joining a fund raising run held at the fort. After that, i got hooked up with running that i made it a point already to squeeze in running, every week usually Sundays, even just here in my place near the compound of Club Manila East.

Just recently, i joined the Nature Valley Run at Fort Bonifacio, Taguig. I was in the 5K run. The registration was at 600 pesos with free singlet and chip for the time. The run started at around 5:30 am, though i arrived late together with some friends, but we managed to catch up. In the end, i was able to finish the 5k run (along with some walks) at 43 minutes and 9 seconds. Wew, still a long way to go to be a pro. At the event site after the run, there were still things that you can enjoy for free just like the photovendo and, of course, the free pandesal with Century tuna in it. There were also free loot bags with Granola bars, Century Tuna and a drink (I forgot the name, it wasn't that nice kasi).

Nonetheless, It was satisfying and really fun. The money was worth it and i'm looking for my next run. Im planning to get serious with this and i know, i still have a long way to go. But with practice, Im sure i can survive 21k. Yes, 21k is my goal for this year. hehe..

Till my next run.....

Thinking Out Loud

Nowadays, people have become more outspoken. We choose to speak rather than being quiet. Thanks to the internet, many people find ways to express themselves. With this, i am starting my own blog. This will lists anything under the sun.

I am not a constant traveler, but i'm fond of going places if time and resources permits. I had many undocumented adventures back when i was younger (btw, im still young at mid-20s). Those adventures shared with friends and loved ones will forever be treasured.

I will be posting some of my travels here where most of which, were discovered my mere curiosity. Thus the name, detour guide.

Enjoy!!!!
